Bookworms Together-parent & child class (ages 15-36 months)

Children explore a new book each week which becomes our themed adventure, fostering a love for learning through imaginative exploration.

 During circle time, we learn the letter of the day and practice the sound that it makes. Additionally, children create art projects and play with educational toys to expand our story beyond the pages. Engage with your young child while we learn a new poem, dance and play musical instruments. 

Classes follow the same structure each week making children more comfortable with transitions as they start to understand what to expect next. 

This isn't just a class; it's a shared exploration of literature, sparking a love for learning that transcends the classroom.

For older Bookworms who are ready for more fun, this class builds on our regular Bookworms Together class!

We’ll start with exciting play stations filled with educational toys, giving each child the chance to explore at his or her own pace. This allows the children to foster social skills between peers and make new friends.

During circle time, we’ll include the calendar and practice counting in a fun way. Parachute play and different musical instruments will make the class even more engaging!

This class is a step up from Bookworms Together Plus, diving deeper into letters and sounds in a fun and engaging way!

Each week, we’ll read new and exciting books specially chosen for older Bookworms.

We’ll start with fun, changing play stations that let kids make choices, play with friends, and build social skills.

Circle time is extra special with weather, calendar fun, and letter sounds! Children will practice sitting on their own for the story while their grown-up stays close by to encourage independence.

Best of all, Buddy the Bookworm visits each week to play a game that helps us learn our letter sounds!

This warm and nurturing class helps children get ready for nursery school, camp, and a lifelong love of books!
